Thirteen years ago, I stepped into the role of a teacher. My journey began with my own personal practice— where I discovered the profound impact of breath awareness, mindful movement, and stillness.
As part of my journey I explored how yoga can support women during menstruation, pregnancy, and menopause. Since then, it has become my mission to empower women to embrace their cyclical nature, honouring both strength and vulnerability.
